Delavan Fire House

CLIENT: The town of delavan, 811 Ann st. delavan, wi 53115

type of project: commercial development

The old firehouse was demo’d and a new, bigger, and better building was built in it’s place. More parking spaces were created and stormwater management services were put in place.

Lofts of East Troy

type of project: residential development (still under construction)

This project included the build of three large apartment buildings with lower level parking, detached garage spaces, and a property next door where storage units were added.

Road Improvement Project

CLIENT: The town of delavan, WI 2020

type of project: Municipal Road reconstruction

Cardinal designed, bid, and managed the pulverize and relay of 2 miles of asphalt pavement along North Shore Drive in Delavan. The bridge was removed and replaced and ditching was restored. Installation took place of new driveway culverts and stormwater systems to enhance and improve drainage efforts. The Delavan Town Hall parking lot was regraded and repaved. Construction also took place of the new Winter Drive between Valencia Drive and Schroeder Avenue.

Land Survey

type of project: private property

This was a land survey project for a 50 acre property that spanned across farm fields, wetlands, and pinewood forestry. Completing the survey took walking through 3 feet of snow during blizzard conditions. During this project, the team endured walking through breaking ice to find property corners, utilizing ice rescue skills, and cold weather survival training. Total steps included 12,167, 5.9 miles walked, 169 “flights of stairs”, and 98 descended.
